About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Customer training with a high level of professionalism using Altium Training Content.
Instruct Altium Customers using Altium Training Content.
Provide Online and Onsite Customer Training.
Maintain knowledge of all Training Content provided to Altium Customers.
Collaborate with other Trainers and colleagues.
Must always represent Altium in a professional manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have US citizenship or permanent residency status to meet government facility access and security clearance requirements.
2+ years of Experience with Altium products.
2+ years of System / Board design experience using Altium Designer.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Oration and Technical Writing) in English
Fluent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to effectively communicate the status of each project/tasks as needed on-time.
Be driven, self-managed, organized, and motivated.
Preferred: 1+ years previous experience as a Technical Trainer, both Face to Face and live web-based Training.
