- Provides specialized expertise for Trade Compliance export and import activities
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulations
- Maintains working knowledge of all applicable export/import regulations
- Assists with internal or external audits and assessments
- Participates in the creation of reports or records
Requirements
- College level qualifications in Business or related field
- Two years of business-related experience OR export/import training
- Technical product knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- SAP experience is beneficial
- Familiarity with legal forms, meanings and terms
- Ability to coordinate activities for a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to recognize and solve typical problems
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Strong prioritization skills
- Presentation and training skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, web-browsers, and database management tools
