About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and proactively manage complex, fast-changing calendars across three executives, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time against what matters most

- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics end-to-end
- Plan and help run internal events, staff meetings, and offsites, from logistics through agenda-setting
- Track deadlines and deliverables across email, Slack, and other tools; proactively flag when priorities are slipping

- Manage ad hoc research, vendor coordination, expenses, and other operational needs across the three executives
