About the role
- Build a deep understanding of our business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment support across teams.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and close, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate requirements, and develop structured interview processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
- Manage executive relationships and provide proactive hiring solutions that align with business goals.
- Own sourcing strategies for passive talent pipelines in engineering domains.
- Mentor and guide hiring teams on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and decision-making.
- Design, implement, and optimize recruitment programs to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the candidate experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly supporting Engineering roles within early-stage, high-growth tech companies.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use recruiting metrics to inform strategies.
- Proven ability to solve complex hiring challenges, facilitate decision-making, and coach teams.
- Experience managing high-impact roles while maintaining effective organization and stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the talent market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience fostering trust-based relationships with candidates.
