About the role

  • Responsible for professional basic and treatment nursing of our clients (some of whom are mechanically ventilated)
  • Performing more advanced tasks, such as parenteral therapy/infusion management and changing tracheostomy tubes (after thorough onboarding or further training)
  • Ensuring our clients feel comfortable and supporting them in managing their daily lives
  • Approaching our clients and their relatives with empathy and sensitivity
  • Careful completion of nursing documentation

Requirements

  • Completed nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Health and Nursing Care Professional, Geriatric Nurse, Nurse (m/f/d), or a comparable/recognized qualification)
  • Ideally experience in ventilator care; if not, we provide free further training!
  • Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Team spirit, flexibility and a high degree of responsibility
  • Strong social skills (especially empathy)
