- Staff-oriented shift planning

Requirements
- Completed qualification as a registered nurse (e.g., state-certified health and nursing nurse, geriatric nurse or equivalent; university degree alternatively)
- Ideally: experience in ventilator care (mechanical ventilation) and initial leadership experience
- Sensitivity, empathy and a strong sense of responsibility
- Understanding of the situation of severely ill patients
- Enthusiasm for taking on responsibility
- Quality-focused and economically minded approach
