About the role

  • Responsible for professional basic and treatment nursing of our (partly ventilated) clients
  • Take on more advanced tasks, such as parenteral care and changing tracheal cannulas (after thorough onboarding or additional training)
  • Ensure our clients feel comfortable and support them in managing their daily lives
  • Interact with empathy and care towards our clients and their relatives
  • Perform nursing documentation carefully

Requirements

  • Completed nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Health and Nursing Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or equivalent recognized qualification)
  • Preferably professional experience in ventilator/respiratory care
  • Ventilation certificate (DIGAB) desirable
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Team spirit, flexibility and a high level of responsibility
  • Strong social skills (especially empathy)
