About the role
- Responsible for professional basic and treatment nursing of our (partly ventilated) clients
- Take on more advanced tasks, such as parenteral care and changing tracheal cannulas (after thorough onboarding or additional training)
- Ensure our clients feel comfortable and support them in managing their daily lives
- Interact with empathy and care towards our clients and their relatives
- Perform nursing documentation carefully
Requirements
- Completed nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Health and Nursing Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or equivalent recognized qualification)
- Preferably professional experience in ventilator/respiratory care
- Ventilation certificate (DIGAB) desirable
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
- Team spirit, flexibility and a high level of responsibility
- Strong social skills (especially empathy)
