About the role
- You are responsible for providing professional basic and treatment care to our (partly ventilated) clients
- More advanced tasks, such as parenteral care/administration and tracheostomy tube changes (after thorough onboarding or additional training)
- You ensure that our clients feel comfortable and support them in managing their daily lives
- You treat our clients and their relatives with empathy and sensitivity
- You understand the importance of nursing documentation and therefore complete it carefully
Requirements
- A completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, Krankenpfleger/-schwester, geriatric nurse, etc.)
- Ideally, professional experience in ventilator care; if not, we will provide free training
- Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
- Team spirit, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility
- Strong social skills (especially empathy)
