About the role

  • You are responsible for the professional basic and medical care of our clients (some of whom are ventilated)
  • More advanced tasks such as parenteral therapy and changing tracheostomy tubes (after thorough onboarding or further training)
  • You ensure that our clients feel comfortable and assist them in managing their daily lives
  • You interact with our clients and their relatives in a compassionate and considerate manner
  • You understand the importance of nursing documentation and therefore complete it meticulously

Requirements

  • A completed nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Health and Nursing Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or equivalent/recognized qualification)
  • Ideally, professional experience in ventilator/respiratory care
  • Ventilation certificate (DIGAB) desirable
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of responsibility
  • Strong social skills (especially empathy)
