About the role
- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefings for decision-making.
- Assist in project management by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Process expense reports and manage budgets related to the executive’s activities.
- Support office operations, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Represent the executive in meetings when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
