About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Post transactions in SAP
Close and reconcile AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank, and Intercompany sub-ledgers
Record and reconcile payroll for various countries
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support variance analysis preparation
Ensure the portfolio follows local statutory requirements, including VAT returns, statutory financial documents, CIT returns, and other filings
Perform analysis and contribute to other projects as requested
Support statutory close and financial statement preparation
Report to the Manager Accounting and Controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Post qualification accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Demonstrated experience using core finance systems; SAP or similar is a bonus
Knowledge of GAAP principles
Accuracy and attention to detail
Financial analysis skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Time management and ability to meet constant deadlines
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
