About the role
- Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives
- Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and learn prospect needs to assess fit
- Provide support to Account Executive team as needed
- Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
- Cold call prospects generated by various sources
- Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin sales cycle
- Report to Manager, Outbound Sales Development; team: Sales; location: EMEA
Requirements
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
- Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Able to think strategically and tactically; maintain positive attitude in face of criticism, rejection, or failure
- Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables; self-starter and proactive
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Demonstrated success in the areas listed in key responsibilities
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- Native fluency in Norwegian, Danish or Swedish
- Experience working remotely is a plus
