About the role

  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs to assess fit
  • Provide support to Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Report to Manager, Outbound Sales Development and work within the Sales team; Location: EMEA; Start date: As soon as possible

Requirements

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo is a plus)
  • Good experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, excellent listening skills, positive and energetic phone presence
  • Able to think strategically and tactically; maintain a positive attitude in face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
  • Self starter, proactive and brings new ideas to the team
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Demonstrated success in the areas listed in key responsibilities
  • Writes and speaks fluent English and German
  • Experience working remotely is a plus
