About the role

  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Provide feedback to Marketing regarding quality of marketing-sourced leads
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and assess prospect needs for fit
  • Support Account Executive team as needed and educate prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call prospects generated from various sources
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Report to Manager, Outbound Sales Development - AMER; work within Sales - Sales Development team; start as soon as possible

Requirements

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo is a plus)
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written; excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Able to think strategically and tactically; maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables; self-starter and proactive
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Demonstrated success in the key responsibilities listed
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • Remote work experience not required but considered a plus
