About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hire, lead, coach, support a high-performance operational team
- Deliver superior value to Remote's employees and clients
- Guarantee no revenue leakage in recharging Benefits to our Clients
- Improve & optimise on an on-going basis processes, workflows and tools
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Benefits
- Identify automation opportunities in existing workflows together with Product
- Ensure Remote's service delivery is fully compliant together with Legal
- Collaborate effectively and efficiently with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering
- Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives
- Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up
- Be an internal and external champion of Remote's values and Benefits team's goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of working experience
- HR generalist experience and Benefits specific experience across multiple countries
- operational experience across multiple roles
- managed small or medium teams directly reporting to you
- customer-oriented approach, with a pragmatic personality
- passionate about accomplishing goals and ensuring quality
- passionate about team-work and developing people
- able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment
- write and speak fluent English
- solid startup experience (nice to have)
- speak multiple languages (nice to have)
- previous experience in working remotely (nice to have)
