About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Driving Revenue: Provide Level 2 sales support to partner sales teams, manage all partner-referred leads, and ensure clean pipeline management.
  • Supporting Partner Sales Teams: Design and deliver comprehensive on-the-job training sessions for partner teams, manage the Slack sales support channel.
  • Building Processes & Reporting: Ensure timely closure of all deals, iterate on the role framework, and plan partner success over time.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Sales Expertise: A deep understanding of the full sales cycle.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving partner challenges.
  • Training & Enablement: Ability to train and enable partner teams with strong communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in Salesforce and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, engaging cross-functional teams.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
