About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Driving Revenue: Provide Level 2 sales support to partner sales teams, manage all partner-referred leads, and ensure clean pipeline management.
- Supporting Partner Sales Teams: Design and deliver comprehensive on-the-job training sessions for partner teams, manage the Slack sales support channel.
- Building Processes & Reporting: Ensure timely closure of all deals, iterate on the role framework, and plan partner success over time.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Sales Expertise: A deep understanding of the full sales cycle.
- Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Salesforce Expertise: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving partner challenges.
- Training & Enablement: Ability to train and enable partner teams with strong communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in Salesforce and reporting.
- Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, engaging cross-functional teams.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
