Architect the Integration Strategy: Define a roadmap that balances technical scalability with commercial growth.
Strategic Business Development: Partner with GTM and Sales teams to identify, vet, and recruit high-value integration partners (eg. ATS, ERP, productivity, user provisioning, etc.).

Requirements

Senior-Level Experience: Track record of experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on Integrations, APIs, or Platform ecosystems.
The 'Product-Biz' Mindset: Proven ability to think commercially. You understand how an integration impacts the bottom line and can speak the language of both developers and business executives.
External Influence: Experience in a partner-facing role, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate technical/functional scope with external organizations.
