About the role
- Work closely with senior leadership of the team to develop and implement projects to achieve team goals.
- Project manage cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and project progress.
- Collect and analyse data to provide insights into business operations and enable senior leadership decision making.
- Lead communication and coordination among teams to achieve team and company objectives.
- Act as liaison between business operations, leadership, teams and departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Champion process optimization, documentation, and automation to improve scalability and consistency.
- Be able to go from “scout to scale” and deliver excellence with intensity and care.
- Be an internal and external champion of Remote's values.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Extensive experience working alongside senior leadership and coordinating projects that translate high-level strategy into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally on strategic projects with business-wide impact.
- Previous experience leading cross-functional multi-stakeholder projects in a startup/scale up environment.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work asynchronously with a distributed global team.
- You are a manager of one
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
