• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions that surface and process content from SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Build document automation solutions including reading, validating, and correcting Word documents against defined templates
• Integrate AI solutions with Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and other M365 tools via Microsoft Graph API
• Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate and Power Platform
• Ensure all solutions meet enterprise security and compliance standards within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Collaborate across stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions, and propose scalable alternatives

• Adaptar campañas visuales a distintos formatos digitales, impresos y de retail.
• Diseñar piezas para redes sociales, pantallas digitales, materiales de punto de venta y otros canales de comunicación.
• Crear y editar animaciones sencillas y contenido motion utilizando After Effects.
• Preparar archivos finales para impresión y producción cuando sea necesario.
• Gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente cumpliendo plazos y estándares de calidad.
• Colaborar con Project Managers y otros miembros del equipo creativo durante la ejecución de campañas.
• Mantener una estructura organizada de archivos y recursos siguiendo los procesos internos.
• Utilizar herramientas de inteligencia artificial como apoyo dentro del flujo de trabajo creativo.

• Read and interpret job details and design requests inside Corebridge
• Manage and monitor a continuously updated design queue
• Handle approximately 20–40 design requests daily
• Create production-ready artwork for signage, banners, trade show graphics, and print materials
• Prepare files accurately for large format and offset printing
• Manage projects ranging from single-item requests to larger multi-component orders
• Collaborate internally with sales and production teams through Google Chat
• Proactively seek clarification when project details are unclear
• Maintain organization and efficiency while working under tight turnaround times
• Independently move projects through the workflow while flagging issues when needed
• Attend biweekly check-ins and weekly company meetings
