Account Manager
Remote Talent LATAMSenior Account Manager for a U.S. marketing agency in the legal sector.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of legal clients, ensuring their business goals align with agency execution.
- Identify potential campaign or relationship "pain points" preemptively and coordinate with SEO and Paid Media teams to resolve them.
- Drive client retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to help clients scale.
- Assist in formalizing account management workflows, utilizing tools like **HubSpot, Monday.com, and Slack**.
- Lead internal alignment meetings with specialized managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Lead internal alignment meetings with SEO, PPC, and Social Media managers to translate client goals into technical action items.
- Present performance insights and lead regular strategy calls with law firm stakeholders.
- Maintain meticulously organized project logs, client briefs, and status updates in HubSpot and Monday.com.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Experience in marketing agency account management (specifically agency-side, not SaaS).
- Strong Knowledge of SEO & PPC: Must be able to speak confidently about digital marketing strategy, performance metrics, and optimizations with clients.
- Proficient level English fluency (written and verbal) is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Strong experience with HubSpot, project management software (Monday.com, Asana, or similar), and communication tools like Slack.
- Must be autonomous, detail-oriented, and possess a "client-first" mentality and a great sense of humor.
- Legal Marketing Experience: Previous experience working with law firms is highly preferred.
