About the role
- Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Manage budget pacing, bid strategies, and performance optimization to exceed KPIs
- Execute structured A/B testing frameworks to improve efficiency and scale results
- Conduct campaign QA across campaigns, ad sets, and ads
- Collaborate on media planning to align with client strategy and objectives
- Develop weekly and ad hoc performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards
- Pull data, analyze trends, and craft performance insights for campaign wrap-ups and QBRs
- Stay up to date with new platform features, beta opportunities, and industry trends
- Recommend optimizations to internal processes and campaign structures to improve performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of paid social buying experience across multiple platforms (Meta required; TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube strongly preferred)
- Experience managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (pivot tables required)
- Experience managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of budget pacing, bid strategies, and performance optimization
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in an agency environment is strongly preferred
- Certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, etc.) are a plus
