About the role
- Develop and refine digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences
- Act as the main point of contact and project manager for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment on priorities
- Generate, consolidate, and present marketing reports to track KPIs and recommend optimizations
- Write copy for social media content, ads, email campaigns, and SEO blogs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure high-quality execution of client strategies
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them with leadership
- Conduct industry and competitor research to stay updated on trends and best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing
- 2+ years in a senior/strategic role
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive decision-making
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Nice to Have)
- Previous marketing agency experience (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with AI tools for process automation and content creation (Nice to Have)
