About the role
- Provides customer support for the client’s website and marketing accounts.
- Scopes project requirements and collaborates with internal teams to design, develop, and implement updates.
- Estimates effort, reviews time logs, and ensures deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Communicates across departments, clearly articulating development needs to technical teams.
- Identifies risks, resolves issues proactively, and suggests workflow or project improvements.
- Documents processes to enhance efficiency and optimize team performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience creating custom-designed websites, especially in WordPress.
- Strong understanding of website structure, UI, and UX principles.
- Solid knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and related technologies; experience with Magento or CS-Cart is a plus.
- Experience developing websites and creating clear documentation.
- Understanding of SEO, content strategy, and user experience best practices.
- Technical ability to address accessibility, compatibility, and design challenges.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with teams across time zones; **Fluent in written and spoken English**.
