About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate new business leads through outbound calls to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant years' experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using tools such as CRM software and telephony systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
- Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
