HR Administrator
Remote RecruitmentHR Administrator managing employee records and recruitment administration for UK-based clients. This role offers a fully remote opportunity to South African professionals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files and HR databases
- Support end-to-end recruitment administration including job postings and scheduling
- Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
- Handle day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers professionally
- Process payroll inputs and ensure accurate data submission to the payroll team
- Generate HR reports and assist with compliance, audits and policy updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of HR administration or people operations experience
- Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or similar
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Discreet and professional in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
