Sales Development Representative
Remote RecruitmentSales Development Representative generating leads and qualifying opportunities for UK clients. Working fully remotely from South Africa during UK business hours.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and qualify new business leads via cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and influencers
- Book discovery calls, product demos and meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all prospect interactions
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline generation targets
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team on campaigns and strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience in a B2B environment
- Resilient, competitive and highly motivated by targets and results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Positive, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic and self-discipline
