About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and coordinate annual salary review, benchmarking and bonus cycle processes
- Administer employee benefits schemes including pensions, health insurance and wellbeing
- Develop and maintain the total reward framework and compensation banding structure
- Ensure full compliance with UK pay equity legislation and gender pay gap reporting
- Provide specialist advice to HR business partners and managers on reward matters
- Analyse compensation data and produce reports and recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of compensation and benefits or reward experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel
- Solid understanding of UK employment law as it relates to pay and benefits
- Experience with salary survey providers such as Korn Ferry or Mercer
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
