Key responsibilities & impact

Contact dormant leads via phone to invite them to a paid event
Meet daily targets for sales performance and ticket sales
Use sales skills to persuade leads to purchase tickets
Maintain accurate records of calls made and follow-up actions
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance
Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Provide regular updates on sales performance to the team and management
Stay up-to-date with company promotions and product offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years' experience in sales
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Confidence using tools such as CRM software and phone systems
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
