Key responsibilities & impact

Provide sales support to the sales team, including lead engagement and data entry
Assist in the development of sales strategies and processes to improve team performance
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
Create and manage sales reports and dashboards to track team performance
Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and travel arrangements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years' experience in sales support or a related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Confidence using tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
