About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and optimise product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Takealot, or similar)
Monitor and improve key e-commerce metrics including conversion rate, AOV, and cart abandonment
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and discount strategies
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce compelling product content and visuals
Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
Manage inventory accuracy, pricing updates, and product catalogue maintenance
Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams to resolve fulfilment issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital retail
Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or a major marketplace platform
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and e-commerce reporting tools
Understanding of SEO best practices for product listings
Experience running paid campaigns on Google Shopping or Meta is advantageous
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Self-managed and results-oriented in a remote work environment
Degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Commerce preferred
