Manage and support compliance monitoring, policy implementation, and regulatory reporting
Handle risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance training coordination
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audit findings, and regulatory filings
Use relevant tools such as compliance management software, GRC platforms, and Microsoft Office
Support the wider team with data protection, AML, and FCA or relevant regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to strengthen the compliance framework and reduce regulatory risk

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple compliance tasks simultaneously
Proficient in compliance management tools and familiar with UK regulatory frameworks
Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience working with UK-based regulatory environments or employers is advantageous
Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
