Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and support inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and accuracy
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
Maintain accurate records of call logs, customer interactions, and case resolutions
Use relevant tools such as CRM platforms, call centre software, and ticketing systems
Support the wider team with quality assurance, script adherence, and performance targets
Identify opportunities to improve first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in a call centre, customer service, or a related role
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
Proficient in CRM or call centre software platforms
Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet working environment.
