Recruitment

• Support daily operations as right-hand to company directors, ensuring smooth operational delivery and high service standards
• Develop and implement process improvements and operational strategies
• Collaborate with recruitment teams, administrators, and external stakeholders across different countries
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present operational insights to the leadership team
• Manage internal systems including CRM, project management, and communication tools
• Ensure compliance with contracts, legal documents, and data handling standards
• Support onboarding, process training, and internal team development
• Act as liaison between Netherlands-based leadership and the remote South African team
• Lead or contribute to cross-border projects, tech integrations, and international recruitment campaigns
