About the role
- Support daily operations as right-hand to company directors, ensuring smooth operational delivery and high service standards
- Develop and implement process improvements and operational strategies
- Collaborate with recruitment teams, administrators, and external stakeholders across different countries
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present operational insights to the leadership team
- Manage internal systems including CRM, project management, and communication tools
- Ensure compliance with contracts, legal documents, and data handling standards
- Support onboarding, process training, and internal team development
- Act as liaison between Netherlands-based leadership and the remote South African team
- Lead or contribute to cross-border projects, tech integrations, and international recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or business support within a recruitment or professional services environment
- Proven experience working with international teams and clients
- Demonstrated ability to operate across time zones and cultures in a remote setting
- Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and platforms such as Trello, Monday.com, Notion, or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop required
- Candidates must be based in South Africa
