About the role
- Work remotely from South Africa partnering with UK recruiters to source, qualify, and assess candidates for FinTech and SaaS roles
- Source high-quality candidates for FinTech and SaaS roles, focusing on contract, fractional, and C-level positions
- Conduct thorough candidate qualification and assessments, ensuring a strong cultural and skill match
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent
- Collaborate closely with UK-based colleagues to meet hiring needs and deadlines
- Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking information
- Contribute to the growth and success of a new business unit, providing ideas and insights to improve processes
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and development initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ recruitment experience (180 or 360)
- Preferably with international client exposure
- Proven track record of sourcing and qualifying candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Strong communication skills, with clear and professional spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple vacancies
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Access to a reliable laptop/desktop and high-speed internet connection
