About the role
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients using provided leads and databases
- Present products or services clearly and persuasively
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities within CRM systems

Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ telesales or outbound sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong objection-handling abilities and resilience
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
