About the role
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process for international placements into UK schools.
- Initiate and maintain strong relationships with school clients across the UK, understanding their staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and onboard international candidates for contingent and contract roles.
- Handle compliance, documentation, and relocation processes in line with international recruitment standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth placements and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly report on recruitment pipeline activity.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of 360 recruitment experience, with a focus on international placements
- Experience placing candidates internationally, particularly in service-driven sectors like healthcare
- Previous background in relationship-driven recruitment sectors such as healthcare, education, or social care is preferred
- Confident working across time zones and cultures to attract and engage global talent
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Tech-savvy with experience using recruitment CRMs and virtual communication tools
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and own laptop
