About the role

  • Support content creation across platforms – including visual design, video editing, and repurposing existing material.
  • Collaborate on ideas for content, social engagement, and brand growth.
  • Schedule social media posts and manage consistent output across all channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments/messages across platforms, and spot potential leads.
  • Set up appointments and follow-ups with identified leads.
  • Maintain and improve CRM systems, processes, and task organisation.
  • Use AI tools to streamline and automate marketing and admin functions.
  • Keep the team accountable with reminders, follow-ups, and clear communication.
  • Embrace a flexible, fast-changing environment with evolving responsibilities.

Requirements

  • A strong interest or background in marketing, content creation, and administrative support.
  • Demonstrated ability (through projects, freelance work, internships, or self-led initiatives) is valued just as much as formal experience.
  • Proactive mindset – you’re not afraid to take initiative, speak up, or drive progress.
  • Comfortable with visual content creation, social media platforms, and basic video editing software.
  • Interest in learning and applying AI-driven automation tools.
  • Exceptionally organised, mentally structured, and able to manage your time well.
  • Friendly, direct communicator who enjoys keeping things on track.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and personal laptop.
