About the role
- Respond promptly to 10–15 inbound leads per day across multiple platforms (website, email, social media).
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.
- Schedule consultations and calls with the appropriate consultants or advisors.
- Maintain detailed and accurate lead records in the CRM system.
- Re-engage previously interested leads and manage follow-up sequences.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and consulting teams for smooth handovers.
- Offer basic guidance on our service offerings, pricing, and next steps.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role (SDR, customer service, lead qualification, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple conversations.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Previous CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is beneficial.
- Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer and stable internet connection (10 Mbps or higher).
