About the role
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Source, screen, and interview tech professionals for roles across the UK.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with UK-based clients in the tech industry.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client hiring needs and market trends.
- Write compelling job ads and create innovative sourcing strategies.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Use ATS, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build talent pipelines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally with a focus on tech roles.
- Proven experience recruiting for the UK market is essential.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Confident with business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
