• Lead the talent team and ensure delivery standards, KPIs, and processes are consistently met.
• Monitor and enforce the correct use of tools such as Monday.com and Workable.
• Identify where new workflows or system structures are needed and report these to the CTO.
• Ensure the team understands and follows existing workflows effectively.
• Track team performance, generate reports, and present insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with the CTO and leadership to ensure operational needs are met.
• Support a culture of structure, accountability, and process-driven work.
