About the role

  • Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and calendar across all 9 locations
  • Identify growth opportunities across service lines including medical dermatology, cosmetic treatments, and surgical procedures
  • Balance brand-wide marketing priorities with location-specific campaigns and community needs
  • Set measurable marketing goals and KPIs aligned with patient acquisition, retention, and revenue targets
  • Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendars across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Oversee creation of engaging, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant content that educates patients and builds brand trust
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to highlight providers, services, before-and-after content, and patient education
  • Monitor social engagement, community management, and brand reputation across all location profiles
  • Manage or collaborate with content creators, photographers, and videographers as needed
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms
  • Manage advertising budgets across all 9 locations, ensuring efficient spend and strong return on ad investment
  • Develop location-specific and service-specific ad campaigns targeting relevant patient demographics
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments to improve results
  • Produce clear ROI reporting and attribution analysis for leadership review
  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic visibility for all practice locations
  • Oversee local SEO including Google Business Profile optimization for each of the 9 locations
  • Collaborate with web developers or vendors to ensure the website is optimized for search, user experience, and patient conversion
  • Monitor website analytics, traffic trends, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Ensure all web content is current, accurate, and reflective of services offered at each location
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for patient acquisition, re-engagement, and retention
  • Build and manage segmented patient email lists in compliance with HIPAA and applicable marketing regulations
  • Automate patient communication workflows including appointment reminders, post-visit follow-ups, and seasonal promotions
  • Track email campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging standards across all 9 locations and marketing channels
  • Develop marketing templates, brand guidelines, and resources for use across the practice
  • Review and approve all external-facing marketing materials for brand compliance and clinical accuracy
  • Support new location openings with launch marketing plans and local awareness campaigns
  • Monitor and manage online reputation across Google, Healthgrades, Yelp, and other review platforms
  • Develop strategies to encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews and respond professionally to feedback
  • Track Net Promoter Score and patient satisfaction trends in coordination with clinical operations
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance across all channels and locations
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports to leadership with actionable insights

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 or more years of experience in digital marketing, with at least some experience in healthcare, medical, or multi-location environments
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across social media, paid advertising, SEO, and email
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA marketing compliance and healthcare advertising regulations
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one email marketing platform
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO best practices including local SEO for multi-location businesses
  • Experience with analytics platforms including Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical services into clear, compelling patient messaging
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage campaigns across multiple locations simultaneously
  • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams
  • Prior marketing experience in a dermatology, aesthetics, or cosmetic medicine setting
  • Experience managing marketing for a multi-location medical or dental practice
  • Familiarity with healthcare CRM platforms such as Podium, Birdeye, PatientPop, or similar
  • Experience with influencer or KOL partnerships in the aesthetic or skincare space
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
