About the role

  • Execute purchasing strategies across HVAC and electrical divisions
  • Coordinate daily procurement activities for U.S.-based operations
  • Manage supplier relationships, including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and rebates with vendors and distributors
  • Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse/field teams
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency
  • Maintain accurate purchasing data within ERP systems
  • Collaborate with U.S. teams across operations, finance, and leadership
  • Support standardization of purchasing processes across locations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or working in remote roles preferred
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and purchasing platforms
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, or service industries (preferred)
  • Familiarity with U.S. suppliers (Ferguson, Winsupply, Grainger, etc.) (preferred)
  • Experience working in multi-location or high-growth environments (preferred)
