Execute purchasing strategies across HVAC and electrical divisions
Coordinate daily procurement activities for U.S.-based operations
Manage supplier relationships, including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Negotiate pricing, terms, and rebates with vendors and distributors
Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment
Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse/field teams
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency
Maintain accurate purchasing data within ERP systems
Collaborate with U.S. teams across operations, finance, and leadership
Support standardization of purchasing processes across locations

Requirements

5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or working in remote roles preferred
Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
Experience with ERP systems and purchasing platforms
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, or service industries (preferred)
Familiarity with U.S. suppliers (Ferguson, Winsupply, Grainger, etc.) (preferred)
Experience working in multi-location or high-growth environments (preferred)
