About the role

  • Own the long-term technology and systems roadmap for the organization
  • Evaluate how systems support company operations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design scalable system architecture that supports the company’s future growth
  • Partner with leadership to redesign workflows and improve operational visibility across departments
  • Design how core business systems connect and interact across the organization, ensuring data flows reliably between tools such as HubSpot, Purlieu, QuickBooks Online, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain automations using platforms such as Make or similar tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual work across the company.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, managing permissions, and building dashboards and reports that support better decision-making.
  • Develop reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and system visibility that enable leadership to better understand operational performance and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to redesign workflows and ensure systems effectively support how work moves through the organization.
  • Research, test, and implement AI tools and workflows that improve productivity and operational efficiency across the company.
  • Ensure the team understands how systems work and evolve by providing training, documentation, and guidance when new tools or workflows are implemented.
  • Manage incoming system and automation requests while maintaining a responsive, service-oriented mindset toward teammates across the organization.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of business operations and workflow design
  • Experience building API automations with Make or similar platforms
  • Proven experience integrating multiple SaaS tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience implementing AI tools or AI-powered workflows
  • Excellent communication skills for documentation, training, and cross-team collaboration
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM administration
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online integrations
  • Certifications: HubSpot, Make and AI Certifications
