About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all phases of the EDRM lifecycle: collection, processing, review, analytics, and production
- Serve as the primary client and attorney-facing contact for all eDiscovery matters
- Scope, plan, and execute eDiscovery projects; develop timelines, budgets, and workflow documentation
- Coordinate with outside vendors, collection specialists, and forensic consultants
- Configure and manage review workflows in Relativity including Active Learning and analytics tools
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and provide regular status reporting to case teams
- Identify and resolve processing, review, and production issues quickly and effectively
- Provide training and guidance to attorneys and paralegals on eDiscovery platforms and processes
- Stay current on FRCP amendments, case law, and industry best practices around ESI management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of eDiscovery experience in a law firm, legal services company, or in-house legal department
- Hands-on proficiency with Relativity; experience with Everlaw or Nuix a plus
- Deep working knowledge of the EDRM, including data collection, Early Case Assessment, analytics, and production
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong project management skills: budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail for attorney audiences and vice versa
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Nice to have RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) or CEDS certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience with litigation matters in energy, IP, or financial services sectors
- Familiarity with legal hold tools (Exterro, Zapproved)
