About the role
- Lead end-to-end eDiscovery workflows across complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Deliver technical guidance and training to team members and internal stakeholders
- Oversee the full lifecycle of document handling — collection, processing, review, and production
- Assess project scope by identifying key data sources, custodians, relevant timeframes, and document parameters
- Coordinate data collection efforts with internal teams and external vendors
- Build and refine search and filtering strategies to surface relevant information efficiently
- Manage review workflows including deduplication, tagging, categorization, and quality control
Requirements
- At least 5 years in a senior analyst or eDiscovery role
- Relevant post-secondary education in a related field from an accredited institution
- Professional certification in electronic discovery (e.g., CEDS) is an asset
- Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-party document-intensive projects
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
- Practical experience with platforms such as Relativity, iPro, document management systems, collaboration tools, and practice management software
