Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.
