About the role

  • Shape and execute the go-to-market plan for North America, focusing on new strategic business opportunities.
  • Lead complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders, from first conversation through to signed contract.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ transformation goals and aligning them with tailored technology solutions.
  • Partner with internal experts across product, marketing, and delivery to ensure long-term value for clients.
  • Represent the business at key industry events and establish a strong network across the market.
  • High-impact individual contributor role with ownership of new market opportunities and closing large-scale enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within technology or services.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder, consultative deals with a 12-18 month sales cycle and an average deal size of 350-800K at the executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • A structured approach to sales (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar).
  • Confidence engaging with senior leaders across both business and technology functions.
  • Based in or open to relocating to a major North American financial hub, with flexibility to travel.
