Executive Assistant

• Assist US-based executives with daily operations of the company
• Efficiently manage phone calls and emails
• Maintain and update the executive's calendar; schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in databases
• Communicate with the client and stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing; provide project updates and coordinate project-related activities
• Manage and monitor social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives
• Serve as a founding member to lead building of the team and operations in the Philippines and help build company culture
