  • Build landing pages and marketing automations.
  • Promote events across multiple marketing channels.
  • Publish replays and nurture communications.

  • Maintain CRM records.
  • Assist with lead magnets, case studies, reporting, and wider marketing projects as the business grows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing execution or marketing coordinator role.
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing recurring marketing activities independently.
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva.
  • E-commerce or digital agency experience (desirable).
  • Website CMS experience (desirable).
  • Email marketing platform experience (desirable).
  • Podcast, video editing or multimedia content experience (desirable).
