About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple client projects from initiation through to completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery schedules.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects progress efficiently.
Monitor delivery against agreed milestones and SLAs.
Identify risks, dependencies and blockers, implementing solutions proactively.
Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Support client onboarding and transition into delivery.
Ensure high standards of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce regular project reporting and performance updates.
Leverage AI tools to improve project administration and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Project Management within a digital, technology or SaaS environment.
Strong experience using Asana, Notion, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience delivering projects against agreed deadlines and service levels.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business.
